Colin Binny is the President of Amaru Inc, USA, a fully reporting company trading on OTC BB, and the parent company of the diversified subsidiaries under the M2B brand.

Binny is an entrepreneur with a global perspective. His vision is to build M2B as the leading brand in broadband entertainment delivering wide ranging content to computers, TVs and 3G devices to meet the consumer shift towards personalized entertainment on demand. He has guided the international growth of the brand from a privately held entity to its current status as the leading brand of a profitable US-listed company.

In a career that spans over 25 years, Binny has held senior management positions in the public sector arena, and both local and international companies. He founded M2B in 2000, prior to which Binny was Managing Director of UTV International (BVI), and President and CEO of UTV International, a joint venture between News Corporation/20th Century Fox and Warburg Pincus (USA) - based in Singapore.

Binny and spouse are the principal shareholders of Amaru Inc, jointly owning about 20% of shareholding in the company.
